This policy explains what information Voyance Real Estate LLC collects through this website and how it’s used.

What this website collects

You don’t need an account to use this site. It doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Like any website, the servers that host it keep basic technical logs of each visit, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used to run the site and keep it secure.

The topic planner on the Contact page works only in your browser. It doesn’t collect or send anything.

The contact form on the Contact page is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel), the customer relationship management (CRM) service we use. The form loads from LeadConnector’s servers, and what you enter is sent to us and stored in that service. To run the form, LeadConnector may use cookies and collect technical information, such as your IP address and the page you came from.

When you contact us

If you call, email, or send us a message, we receive what you choose to share. That’s usually your name, phone number, email address, and details about the property and your situation.

We use it to:

  • Answer your questions and follow up about your request.
  • Provide the brokerage services you ask for, such as a market analysis, a listing, or help buying.
  • Keep the records Florida law requires of a real estate brokerage, and meet other legal obligations.

Please don’t send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial documents until you’ve spoken with Alex and agreed on a secure way to share them.

Calls, texts, and email

We call or text only the number you gave us, and only about your request. You don’t have to agree to texts or automated calls to work with us.

To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls or emails, tell us, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

  • With the people involved in your transaction, when you ask us to work on it. That can include a lender or loan servicer, a title company, an attorney, an inspector, or the other party’s agent.
  • With service providers that run this website, our email, and our records. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We’ll do so unless the law requires us to keep it. Contact us through the Contact page.

Do Not Track. We don’t track visitors over time or across other websites. Apart from the contact form described above, this site doesn’t load tools from other companies. It works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Other things to know

Links. This site links to other websites, such as government agencies, Zillow, and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Children. This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email is completely secure.

Changes. If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new date.
